Returns, Cancellations & Shipping
Returns Our policy on returns is as follows: Clothing may exchanged for incorrect sizing or manufacturer's defects. Shipping for refunds/exchanges will be paid by the customer while replacement shipping from our store will be paid by our company. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled up until the time of shipping. Once shipped, the order will be treated as a return and the customer will pay for return shipping as above. Shipping Shipping charges will be added to the price of the items ordered and will appear upon the invoice. Once products are delivered to the carrier we relinquish control. "2nd Day Air" & "Next Day Air" deliveries may or may not arrive in 2 days, or next day depending upon the carrier. For example, a "2nd Day Air" or "Next Day Air" order placed on Friday may not arrive until Monday or Tuesday depending upon the carrier. UPS delivers only the Saturday before Christmas and may cost additional to do so. Contact us if you have questions or special instructions for orders |
